I have already followed the suggested 3 step workflow to edit the images but.it doesn't work at all because the presets are too 'off' for the NEF files and creates even more work.įor nikon users (NEF) out there, do not buy any of mastin's presets.
Mastin presets increases so so so much editing time and does the opposite. When you re-adjust the awb, it is extremely hard to balance it to a point where it is neutral.Ģ) the contrast is just too much even when I dial down the strength of it, the skins are so 'dirty' when compared to the original unedited photos.ģ) the purpose of a preset is to save time and get you somewhere close to a certain look. the colors tend to be magenta and very red. 1) the colors for the presets are not fine-tuned for nikon colors.
